Farmout Tapped for Philippine Call Center Agent Training
Farmout Central, a Philippine Call Center and Five9, the leading VCC provider in the Philippines, just signed an agreement wherein Farmout Central call center training division will conduct call center training and other call center related services to Five9’s clients. Five9, in behalf of Farmout, will offer the following services to its existing clients: human resource support, human resource training, virtual quality assurance , script generation and remote network security monitoring.
