Yes, the great news is out! Farmout, a philippine call center is now offering franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs making it the first company in the Philippines to franchise Contact Center services combo call center training. This expansion is brought about by the exponential growth of the industry.

According to an article in Entrepreneur Magazine, the Call Center Industry has ballooned from 10,000 seats in 2000 to almost 120,000 in 2005 and apparently, there is still room for more. The entire industry is expected to generate close to US$3-Billion in sales by the end of 2009. Furthermore, the Philippines only controls 30% of the total business generated with the rest being gobbled up by India since they started ahead of the Philippines. With Australia, Europe and Japan opening up their markets, the potential or opportunity is definitely up for grabs.

Mr. Jobi Millar, Franchise Director of Farmout Systems, Inc. says, “We would like to share this great opportunity for entrepreneurs specially in the provinces since this will definitely spur economic activities in different parts of the Philippines. More importantly, it will create much needed jobs for a lot of Filipinos. It is our part of our vision to have a better Philippines through equal employment opportunities.”

As part of its marketing initiatives Farmout will be part of the Franchise Expo 2006 which will be held at the World Trade Center from July 14 to 16, 2006. Farmout will be in booth number 859 in the services pavilion.

For more franchising information and FREE tickets to the franchise expo please email info@farmout.ph for details.
