Farmout sent our development team to DevCon Mobile Camp that was held in cooperation with Philippine Mobile Developers (PHMoDev). The topics included Android Application Bootcamp Development Game and iOS Mobile Programming Software.

The event was held at CJV Penthouse, 108 Aguirre St., Legaspi Village, Makati, Philippines. The trainers were led by Ms Charo Nuguid and Mr Ramon Pastor.

Ms Charo is the training and development consultant for Java and Android technologies. She is also the co founder of Mobile Monday Manila, the Philippine Mobile Developers, and the Philippine Android Community. She is also a regular writer for Technoodling.Net.

Ramon Pastor is a family man and an unabashed geek. He loves Xcode but flirts with Eclipse when he’s in the mood. His iPad has the words “DON’T PANIC” inscribed in large, friendly letters on its cover. And oh, he finds your lack of faith disturbing.

Farmout Trainors get TESDA Awards

Dagupan City’s premiere contact center facility had its trainers receive their TESDA Accreditation. Liezel Tamayo, Roxanne Cariño, (CSR Trainers) and Mary Chris Velasquez (Transcription Trainer) recently completed the Trainers Methodology Training Program from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority provincial office.

The training which started May 17th and lasted up to the 21st provided knowledge to our trainers on the standards that TESDA maintains to assure every enrollee the opportunity of getting quality skills which will ensure him/her a good career in his chosen field of work.

With this training FarmOut continues to ensure only the highest level of quality education for its trainees who are targetting a high-paying job in the call center industry. Medical Coding and Billing Workshop

Ms. Sheila Sanders-Dela Vega and Ms. Aubrey Marie Llamido recently completed the requirements for the Basic Training on Medical Coding and Medical Billing held at the Philippine Trade and Training Center in Pasay last February 10-16, 2010.

The training was conducted by Prof. Joselito Capili from California who is currently consulting for Medical Providers. The training was organized by the Medical Transcription Industry Association of the Philiipines, Inc. (MTIAPI).
